Salmon Bay Marine Center (SBMC) – the largest super-yacht facility on the West Coast is now open. Located in Seattle in fresh water 1,000 yards from the Puget Sound, SBMC has 13 new dock slips that accommodate vessels from 100 feet up to 240 feet.

Along the waterfront, 5 new Class A buildings of 10,000 square feet will offer premium marine office and shop space, with a single caretaker apartment on the top floor of each building. Tenants include S3 Maritime, Armstrong Electric, Adriel Design, Maritime Services Corp., Always Perfect, Boat Detail Northwest, and British Seapower. Two premier yacht builders are also currently in discussions to make SBMC their new vessel commissioning center.

The combination of large dock slips and marine services tenants on site makes SBMC the only large vessel moorage and service facility of its kind on the U.S. West Coast. The facility offers slips for lease or purchase, plus leased spaces for marine-related services.
